--RENTAL POLICIES & FAQS-- HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK? We deliver reserved equipment directly to Airbnbs, hotels, vacation rentals, resorts, and select meetup locations around Lake Havasu. Delivery and pickup timing will be coordinated around your reservation window and location details. --DO YOU OFFER SETUP & TAKEDOWN?-- Yes — setup & takedown services are available for select reservations. Guests interested in setup services should text us directly so we can coordinate location details, availability, weather conditions, scheduling, and setup logistics ahead of time. A guest or designated party must be present during setup handoff for all setup reservations. --WHAT DOES SETUP INCLUDE?-- Depending on the reservation, setup services may include: Canopy setup Chair arrangement Dock inflation/setup Cooler placement Wagon unloading End-of-day takedown & pickup Setup availability varies depending on: Location Weather/wind conditions Staffing Scheduling availability Reservation type --DO YOU SET UP AND LEAVE THE EQUIPMENT UNATTENDED?-- No. For setup reservations, a guest or designated party must be present during setup handoff. We do not leave setup reservations unattended in public areas before guest arrival. --WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?- For the safety of guests, staff, and equipment, Site Six Rentals reserves the right to cancel, modify, delay, or deny reservations due to unsafe weather, wind, water, or lake conditions. This is especially important for canopy setups, inflatable equipment, floating recreational equipment, and setup reservations. If weather conditions become unsafe, we will contact guests directly as early as possible to discuss available options. Safety decisions are made at the discretion of Site Six Rentals. --WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?-- We currently deliver throughout the Lake Havasu area including: Vacation rentals Hotels Resorts Select beach and meetup locations If you have a specific location in mind, feel free to text us before booking. --HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?-- We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak lake season. Setup & takedown reservations are limited and may book quickly. --WHAT IF EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED OR LOST?-- Guests are responsible for damaged, missing, stolen, or excessively dirty equipment during the reservation period. All equipment is inspected before and after each rental. --CAN I KEEP THE EQUIPMENT OVERNIGHT?-- Some reservations may qualify for overnight or extended rentals depending on scheduling availability.
